How It's Different

 

 *** Trainer's Kit

1.  Eight Video Tapes:
Eight video-recorded Advocacy System™ sessions are presented in a seminar format by Dr. Sziklai. The ten hours of material is designed to be presented to agents and facilitated by the General Agent or a program leader/trainer in the organization.

2.  Leader's Guide:
The Leader's Guide is a manual that is integrated with the video program, helping the Program Leader organize and present the seminar to the attendees in a way that will best enable them to internalize both the theory and practices of the Advocacy System™. The Guide is organized into a series of easy-to-follow steps with background information and additional insights that will give the Program Leader a complete understanding of the system.

3.  Agent Guide:
This manual contains eight sessions designed to closely follow and expand upon the material in each of the eight video-based seminar sessions. The Guide also includes corresponding exercises, tests, scripts and appendices.

4.  Audio Cassettes or CDs:
Five audio tapes (plus a blank), or three CDs, are furnished in a companion album which accompanies the Agent Guide. Important tools for learning the language of Advocacy, the tapes/CDs contain more than fifty scripts and explanations of their use in the sales process. They include recommendation prospecting in a “language lab” format and others, such as, “How To Ask For Recommendations”, “Bringing Closure To The Sale”, etc.

5.  Sample Bio-Pamphlet:
The Bio-Pamphlet is one of the agent’s Advocacy tools for obtaining recommendations. The sample pamphlet provides a template that will guide agents in creating their own Bio-Pamphlet.

6.Affirmation Card:
The affirmation card provides agents with a daily reminder of their mission as an Advocate, and the difference they make in people's lives.

They include recommendation prospecting in a “language lab” format and others, such as, “How To Ask For Recommendations”, “Bringing Closure To The Sale”, etc. The blank cassette is for Agent's use in preparing recommended exercises.


*** Please Note:  The Advocacy System™ Trainer’s Kit is only available to Certified Trainers who have attended an Advocacy System™ Trainer Certification.  The Agent Training Kit is only available to agents participating in agency sponsored training with a Certified Trainer.
